Responsabilidades • Exercer a liderança técnica sobre um portfólio com diversidade real de stacks, orientando arquitetura, priorização de incidentes e padronização entre repositórios. • Tomar decisões de arquitetura transitando entre Quarkus/Java 17, Spring Boot/Java 21 (linha de negócio secundária), NestJS/TypeScript (apoio), múltiplas aplicações React e React Native. • Priorizar incidentes e backlog considerando o impacto de cada frente para o negócio. • Orientar o uso de MongoDB e SQL Server como datastores igualmente relevantes, cada um dominante em partes distintas do backend. • Propor e conduzir a padronização entre repositórios (UI Kit, roteamento, validação de formulários, gerenciamento de estado e pipelines de CI). • Atuar como referência técnica em decisões de arquitetura Cloud AWS, incluindo SQS vs. chamadas síncronas, políticas de acesso ao S3, dimensionamento e escalabilidade em Kubernetes/Helm. • Liderar a adoção e expansão de ferramentas de qualidade de código (SonarQube/Qodana) entre os repositórios que ainda não possuem gates de qualidade configurados.

Requisitos • Experiência sólida em arquitetura de microsserviços em Java (Quarkus e/ou Spring Boot). • Conhecimento em Node.js/NestJS. • Vivência com bancos de dados relacionais e não relacionais (SQL Server e MongoDB). • Experiência com AWS (armazenamento de objetos, filas/processamento assíncrono e demais serviços correlatos), Docker e Kubernetes/Helm. • Experiência conduzindo padronização técnica entre times e/ou repositórios. • Vivência com CI/CD (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI) e ferramentas de análise estática de código.

Diferenciais • Familiaridade com agentes e ferramentas de IA como aceleradores de desenvolvimento e revisão de código, além de visão para fomentar essa adoção entre squads.
