Serviceassistent (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kunden empfangen und betreuen
  • Service Termine, Vorort oder telefonisch vereinbaren und koordinieren
  • Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung der Kundentermine für den Serviceberater
  • Abrechnung / Bezahlvorgang begleiten, Datenerfassung, Ablage und Archivierung

Ihr Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder kfz-technische Ausbildung z.B. Automobilkaufmann (m/w/d), Kfz-Mechatroniker (m/w/d)
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einem Autohaus, z. B. als Serviceassistent (m/w/d), wünschenswert
  • KFZ spezifische Grundkenntnisse und sehr gute PC-/ IT- Kenntnisse
  • Markenkenntnisse BMW / MINI, wünschenswert
  • Einen kühlen Kopf - auch in arbeitsintensiven Phasen
  • Ein sympathisches Auftreten sowie eine selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B
