🏥 Director/a Médico – Nuevo Hospital IMED Barcelona (Cornellà)

¿Te gustaría liderar desde el inicio un hospital de nueva apertura en Barcelona?

En IMED Hospitales estamos formando el equipo directivo de nuestro primer hospital en Cataluña, ubicado en Cornellà de Llobregat: un centro moderno, tecnológico y diseñado para ofrecer la máxima calidad asistencial.

Buscamos un/a Director/a Médico que quiera asumir un reto estratégico: construir, liderar y consolidar el modelo asistencial de un hospital desde su inicio.

Hablamos de un Hospital de nueve plantas, 136 habitaciones y 17 quirófanos, con unidades de UCI (adultos, neonatal y pediátrica), urgencias 24 horas, obstetricia, hemodinámica y todos los servicios necesarios para dar una respuesta asistencial completa.

Pero más allá de las cifras, hablamos de un entorno diseñado con nuestro sello diferencial: una orientación exclusiva al bienestar del paciente y una apuesta constante por la innovación y la tecnología médica.

La persona que se incorpore tendrá un papel clave liderando la estrategia médica del hospital, coordinando a los equipos clínicos, definiendo protocolos y asegurando que cada decisión esté alineada con la calidad, la seguridad del paciente y la mejora continua. También será parte fundamental en la construcción del equipo médico, atrayendo talento y generando una cultura profesional exigente pero colaborativa.

🎯 Requisitos

Buscamos a un profesional con experiencia en dirección médica hospitalaria, con visión estratégica y capacidad de ejecución, que entienda el entorno sanitario actual y que quiera asumir un proyecto con impacto real:

  • Licenciatura/Grado en Medicina (valorable formación en gestión sanitaria)
  • Experiencia en Dirección Médica hospitalaria (5-8 años).
  • Conocimiento del entorno sanitario privado en Cataluña.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos y gestionando cambio.
  • Perfil estratégico, con capacidad de ejecución e influencia.
