Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing recur across schools, county/city buildings, EMS or fire facilities, and clinic projects, with some jobs clearly led by a single discipline such as mechanical or electrical.
  • They also support housing, recreation, religious/commercial projects, and a fair amount of assessment or study work, with fire protection, commissioning, energy modeling, security, and AV appearing on larger efforts. Overall, the portfolio suggests a team that is especially strong in practical, renovation-heavy civic and education work across North Carolina.
  • Recent work includes North Carolina Central University / Durham, NC / 24/7 CLRC, Education; Mary Potter Club / Oxford, NC / Mary Potter Shop Building - Permit, Commercial; and Woodfield Investments / Charleston, SC / Morrison Yard Electrical Assessment, Housing.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
