Per il potenziamento del nostro team Automazione, siamo alla ricerca di un Field Automation Engineer.

Descrizione del ruolo:

Il Field Automation Engineer opera nell’ambito dell’automazione applicata ai quadri elettrici e alle soluzioni di quadristica per impianti industriali, occupandosi dello sviluppo, della programmazione e della messa in servizio dei sistemi di automazione integrati nei quadri e negli impianti elettrici.

A partire dalle specifiche tecniche di progetto, collabora con i team di Service, Engineering e con le altre funzioni aziendali per sviluppare soluzioni basate su PLC, HMI, SCADA, sistemi di supervisione e Power Management System (PMS), contribuendo alla corretta integrazione dei sistemi di automazione con i quadri elettrici e le apparecchiature di campo.

Il ruolo prevede un forte coinvolgimento nelle diverse fasi della commessa, dalla progettazione e sviluppo software fino alla messa in servizio presso il cliente, con un'interazione diretta con le funzioni coinvolte nell'approntamento dei quadri elettrici e con il cliente per le attività tecniche di sviluppo e service.

Il Field Automation Engineer svolge inoltre attività di assistenza tecnica e manutenzione, intervenendo sul campo per la diagnosi e la risoluzione di guasti e anomalie dei sistemi di automazione, contribuendo a garantire l'affidabilità, la sicurezza e la continuità operativa delle soluzioni installate.

Responsabilità principali:

- sviluppo delle commesse Automazione;

- progettazione e realizzazione di commesse relative a sistemi di supervisione e telecontrollo;

- automazione industriale e power management system (PMS);

- analisi delle specifiche tecniche di progetto;

- supporto alla progettazione dell’architettura HW e SW;

- supporto alla redazione distinte materiali;

- sviluppo del software di supervisione e/o automazione e/o di interfaccia;

- esegue e/o supervisiona il collaudo in IMESA;

- si interfaccia con le altre funzioni aziendali per verifica approntamento dei quadri automazione;

- esegue le attività di messa in servizio;

- si interfaccia con i clienti per l’attività tecnica di sviluppo commessa e di service.

Requisiti:

- Laurea o diploma tecnico in Ingegneria dell’Automazione, Elettronica, Meccatronica o affini;

- Esperienza nella programmazione PLC;

- Capacità di lettura di schemi elettrici e documentazione tecnica;

- Buona comprensione dei processi industriali;

- Disponibilità a trasferte (30% del tempo);

- residenza possibilmente nella provincia di Ancona;

- lingua inglese B2.
