Einführung

Seit 1993 verbinden wir Menschen und Wissen im Gesundheitswesen. Wir führen Geschäftsstellen medizinischer Fachgesellschaften, organisieren Kongresse und beraten in Kommunikation und Finanzen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Senior Communications Manager:in (80\-100%).

Deine Aufgaben

  • Kommunikationsmandate mehrerer Fachgesellschaften strategisch und operativ verantworten – inklusiveJahresplanung, Konzept und Budget
  • Kampagnen und Kommunikationsprojekte von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung leiten
  • Präsidien und Vorstände beraten, auch bei heiklen gesundheitspolitischen Positionen
  • Medienarbeit verantworten: Medienmitteilungen, Kontakte, Anfragen und Monitoring
  • Stellungnahmen, Positionspapiere, Newsletter und Webtexte zielgruppengerecht verfassen und redigieren
  • Social\-Media\- und Videoinhalte konzipieren und die Umsetzung mit dem Team oder externenPartnern steuern
  • Kongresskommunikation begleiten; Krisenkommunikation vorbereiten
  • Juniormitarbeitende und Praktikant:innen fachlich anleiten; keine Personalführung

Dein Profil

  • Studium in Kommunikation, Journalismus oder einem verwandten Fach oder gleichwertige Aus\- und Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in PR, Unternehmenskommunikation oder Journalismus – idealerweise mit Bezug zu Gesundheitswesen, Verbänden oder Politik
  • Erfahrung in Kampagnen, Projektleitung, Medienarbeit und Stakeholder\-Management
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch, verhandlungssicheres Französisch und gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Politisches Gespür, Beratungskompetenz und ein souveränes Auftreten im Umgang mit medizinischen Fachpersonen und Entscheidungsträgern
  • Du arbeitest selbständig, zuverlässig und sorgfältig, bringst eigene Ideen ein und behältst bei parallelenMandaten den Überblick
  • Erfahrung mit CMS (Contao, TYPO3\) und Google Analytics von Vorteil
