Wat is de uitdaging?

Imlab, verdeler van weegschalen & laboratoriumapparatuur, is een groeiend familiebedrijf dat veel belang hecht aan een aangename werksfeer met een goede werk-privébalans. Kwaliteit voor onze klanten én tevreden medewerkers staan bij ons voorop.

Om die kwaliteit te garanderen, zoeken we een financieel-administratief medewerker die de facturatie en financiële opvolging van Imlab BV (Benelux) en Imlab sarl (Frankrijk) in handen neemt.

Je krijgt bij ons een marktconform loon, alle nodige technologische hulpmiddelen, flexibele werkuren en de mogelijkheid om thuis te werken.

Hoe pak je dit aan?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige facturatie van onze KMO met klanten uit de Benelux & Frankrijk.
  • Dit alles via de geautomatiseerde verwerking in Exact. Je cijfers zijn altijd actueel doordat de inkoopfacturen en bankafschriften automatisch verwerkt worden en je met gemak (elektronische) facturen opstelt en verzendt.
  • Je zet wekelijks de betalingen aan onze leveranciers klaar en voert ze uit.
  • Dankzij je financiële inzicht help je mee de strategie van Imlab te bepalen.
  • Tijdens meetings beoordeel je de samenwerking en het betaalgedrag van de klanten samen met de andere collega's en stem je je acties hierop af.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte loonberekening van onze medewerkers, in samenwerking met ons sociaal secretariaat.

AI – jouw digitale collegaBij Imlab zien we artificiële intelligentie als een hulpmiddel om slimmer, efficiënter en nauwkeuriger te werken. Daarom zoeken we iemand die AI graag inzet als digitale collega.

  • Je gebruikt AI-tools, zoals Claude, ChatGPT of Microsoft Copilot, actief in je dagelijkse werk, bijvoorbeeld om betalingen en facturen te controleren, herinneringen op te stellen en analyses te maken.
  • Je kijkt kritisch naar onze processen en stelt voor waar AI en automatisering tijd kunnen besparen of fouten kunnen vermijden.
  • Je werkt actief mee aan het uitwerken en invoeren van deze verbeteringen.
  • Je controleert steeds het resultaat: AI ondersteunt, jij blijft verantwoordelijk voor kwaliteit en correctheid.

Wat heb je nodig om te kunnen slagen:

  • Je hebt op zijn minst een diploma Hoger Onderwijs en een basiskennis in boekhouding of een gelijkwaardig niveau met ervaring.
  • Je hebt voldoende kennis van finance & facturatie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands óf het Frans. Je hebt een basiskennis van de andere landstaal en bent bereid deze verder te ontwikkelen. Daarnaast heb je een goede basiskennis Engels.
  • Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, neemt initiatief en bent proactief.
  • Je bent analytisch, resultaatgericht en enthousiast.
  • Kwaliteit draag je hoog in het vaandel.
  • Kennis met Exact Online is een pluspunt.
  • Je helpt mee bij het creëren van een positieve mindset als teamplayer, maar kan eveneens autonoom werken.
