  • Strong knowledge of U.S. MI requirements, unsolicited inquiry response, pharmacovigilance and product complaint reporting, and relevant compliance standards.
  • Strong scientific writing and judgment, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, balanced responses.
  • Strong leadership, communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced biotech environment with multiple launch-critical priorities.
  • Experience with payer evidence dossiers, NCCN Compendia or other oncology guideline/pathway submissions, and medical review committees.

  • Oversee complex and escalated inquiries and connect the vendor with internal scientific experts when needed.
  • Establish vendor KPIs, quality monitoring, governance, audit readiness, and corrective-action processes, including readiness assessments and launch simulations ahead of key milestones.

Scientific Content Leadership

  • Lead MI content strategy and oversee development and maintenance of Standard Response Letters (SRLs), custom medical responses, FAQs, and other scientific response materials.
  • Ensure MI content is accurate, current, evidence-based, balanced, and updated as new clinical data, safety information, labeling, and evidence emerges.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
