Die IMMOdähäi AG ist ein inhabergeführtes Immobilienunternehmen mit Sitz in Sissach BL. Seit über 40 Jahren sind wir in der Immobilienbranche tätig und bewirtschaften heute hauptsächlich eigene Wohn\- und Geschäftsliegenschaften.

Zur Verstärkung unseres technischen Teams suchen wir einen vielseitigen, handwerklich geschickten Allrounder, der mitdenkt und Freude an abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben hat.

Deine Aufgaben

\- Reparatur\- und Unterhaltsarbeiten in Mietwohnungen und Liegenschaften \- Sanitärarbeiten und Reparaturen an sanitären Anlagen \- Allgemeine Bau\-, Renovations\- und Sanierungsarbeiten \- Maler\-, Montage\- und Ausbesserungsarbeiten \- Wartung und Instandhaltung technischer Anlagen (z. B. Boilerentkalkungen, Filterwechsel) \- Reinigungs\-, Räumungs\-, Transport\- und Entsorgungsarbeiten \- Gartenpflege und Umgebungsunterhalt

Das bringst du mit

\- Mehrjährige handwerkliche Berufserfahrung, idealerweise mit abgeschlossener Ausbildung \- Technisches Verständnis \- Fähigkeit, Arbeiten selbstständig auszuführen und technische Probleme zu lösen \- Zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie freundlicher Umgang mit Mietern und Mitarbeitenden \- Gute körperliche Verfassung und Belastbarkeit \- Führerausweis Kategorie B \- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
