Was du bei uns machen würdest, hängt davon ab was du kannst. Wir sind an zwei Standorten aktiv und decken den kompletten Weg einer Immobilie ab, von der Bewertung über die Vermarktung bis zum Notartermin. Typische Aufgabenfelder:

  • Beratung von Eigentümern und Käufern
  • Objektakquise und Bewertung
  • Vermarktung, Exposé-Erstellung und Besichtigungen
  • Vermietung von Wohn- und Gewerbeflächen
  • Backoffice, Objektaufbereitung und Vertragsabwicklung
  • Marketing und Social Media

Das macht Dich aus

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein passendes Studium oder Berufserfahrung, die mehr zählt als jedes Zeugnis.
  • Du gehst gerne auf Menschen zu und kannst zuhören, bevor du redest.
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und wartest nicht darauf, dass dir jemand sagt was als nächstes dran ist.
  • Verbindlichkeit ist dir wichtig. Du meldest dich zurück, auch wenn die Nachricht mal unangenehm ist.
  • Digitale Tools schrecken dich nicht ab. Du musst kein Profi sein, aber Lust darauf haben.
  • Führerschein Klasse B.
  • Erfahrung in der Immobilienbranche ist ein Plus, aber keine Bedingung. Wir haben schon oft Quereinsteiger eingestellt, die schnell besser waren als manche Branchenveteranen.
