Deine Aufgaben

  • Du kommunizierst im Customer Support mit unseren Kunden, externen Partnern und Dienstleistern über Chat, Telefon und unser Ticketsystem (Jira Service Management).
  • Du pflegst unsere Wissensdatenbank in Confluence mit FAQs, Anleitungen und Troubleshooting und bereitest Inhalte für unseren KI Assistenten auf.
  • Du nimmst technische und fachliche Kundenanfragen (B2B und B2C) entgegen, analysierst und reproduzierst sie in der Immomio Plattform und erarbeitest Lösungen.
  • Du berätst unsere Kunden bei anwendungsspezifischen Fragen, auch in Terminen per Microsoft Teams.
  • Du betreust den Supportbereich für die Vermietungsplattform und die Mieterapp und lieferst dem Product Management fachliche Zuarbeit bei der Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Supportfällen.

Das bringst du mit

  • Erste Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder technischen Support, gern auch als Quereinsteiger.
  • Du bringst technische Affinität und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe mit. Außerdem findest du dich gut in neue Tools und komplexe Softwareplattformen ein.
  • Du arbeitest gerne eigenständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert, auch bei vielen parallelen Anfragen.
  • Du weißt, wann Professionalität gefragt ist, vor allem im Umgang mit Kunden und in schwierigen Situationen.
  • Ebenfalls sind Kenntnisse in Tools wie Jira, Confluence, Hubspot von Vorteil aber kein Muss.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, du kommunizierst klar, freundlich und empathisch.
