The posting

Summary

We are seeking a Senior Director, HCP and Access Marketing to lead the end to end customer segment strategies through tactical execution for HCPs and access stakeholders as the company prepares for the portential approval and launch of vidofludimus calcium in relapsing MS. This is a builder role for a marketer who has done this before: someone who has led/supported global brand strategy through an MS launch , understands how positioning, messaging and channel strategy need to flex across the US market, especially targeted at HCP and access (e.g., population based/financial decision makers, payer, practice manager) and can build/lead a high performing team of marketers focused on these stakeholders. This role sits at the center of launch, working in lockstep with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access, Patient Services, Commercial Operations and other functions to maximize the near- and long-term value of vidofludimus calcium across its lifecycle while supporting the development of brand strategy that reflects both the science and the realities of how the therapy will actually reach patients.

You will join us at a pivotal point pre Phase 3 data readout, when the organization is actively planning key commercial activities such as positioning, disease education and building the commercial function. The ideal candidate combines high strategic leadership with hands-on execution/data analysis, collaboration across varied internal and external stakeholders, ability to inspire and build a team to deliver results with lean resourcing.

Responsibilities

- Build a differentiated brand story. Translate clinical and mechanism-of-action data into messaging that is relevant to physicians.

- Shape the launch playbook. Apply lessons from prior global MS launches to sequencing, market prioritization and pre-launch disease education.

- Lead omnichannel and digital execution. Own end-to-end delivery across web, social and non-personal promotion, using disruptive digital and technology solutions to increase impact.

- Use insights and analytics to drive decisions. Support global market research. Partner with forecasting and analytics on launch scenarios, segmentation, targeting and KPIs.

- Drive market access pull-through. Partner with Market Access on an integrated plan across payers, population-based decision makers and practice managers. Own the strategy and resources for pull-through.

- Integrate cross-functionally for launch readiness. Work closely with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Patient Advocacy, Regulatory and Legal/Compliance so that strategy, messaging and channel plans are ready before approval.

- Manage budget and investment. Build and manage the HCP and access marketing budget with marketing peers, Access, Finance and the VP of Marketing.

- Lead agency partners and scalable operations. Onboard and manage creative, media, research and digital agencies. Help build marketing processes and governance that scale from pre-launch to commercial launch.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
