Mission

Wir suchen einen Senior Customer Success Manager*in mit Leidenschaft für Digitalisierung, Fertigungsindustrie und moderne SaaS-Lösungen.
Du hast Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt, denkst prozessual, handelst proaktiv und willst unsere Kunden dabei unterstützen, mit Imnoo maximalen Mehrwert zu erzielen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aktive und kontinuierliche Betreuung unserer Bestandskunden über den gesamten Customer Lifecycle
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der Customer-Success-Funktion für neue und bestehende Produkte
  • Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung digitaler Onboarding- und Enablement-Prozesse
  • Proaktive Identifikation von Upselling- und Cross-Selling-Potenzialen bei Bestandskunden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Marketing und Produktmanagement zur Verbesserung der Customer Experience
  • Analyse des Kundenverhaltens und systematische Aufnahme von Kundenbedürfnissen
  • Testen, Verifizieren und strukturierte Einführung neuer Funktionalitäten beim Kunden
  • Aufbau von Prozessen, Vorlagen und Tools zur Skalierung und Professionalisierung des Customer Success
  • Fachliche Anleitung und Koordination des Innendienstes im Bereich Customer Engagement

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an aktiver, lösungsorientierter Kundenbetreuung
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und behältst auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld den Überblick
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für Themen und Kunden zu übernehmen
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Umsetzung von Customer-Onboarding- und Enablement-Prozessen von Vorteil
  • Du fühlst dich wohl in einer Scale-up-Kultur, gehst die Extra-Meile und treibst Themen aktiv voran
  • Du hast Spaß daran, Kunden erfolgreich zu machen und messbare Ergebnisse im Customer Success zu erzielen
  • Interesse an Fertigungsindustrie, SaaS, Künstlicher Intelligenz oder digitalen Prozessen
