Você conhece o setor imobiliário, tem facilidade para se conectar com pessoas e gosta de uma rotina em movimento? Buscamos alguém comunicativo, desenvolto e com iniciativa para identificar oportunidades e captar imóveis para venda e locação. Aqui, você terá salário fixo, comissões e estrutura para ir a campo, com veículo e telefone da empresa.

Seu dia a dia

Prospectar imóveis ativamente, apresentar nossos serviços e negociar o agenciamento. Realizar visitas de captação, produzir fotos e vídeos e reunir informações e documentos. Atualizar imóveis e contatos no CRM, acompanhando retornos e autorizações. Trabalhar com as equipes de venda e locação para ampliar e qualificar a carteira.

O que você precisa ter

Experiência no setor imobiliário, com atendimento e relacionamento comercial com clientes e proprietários. Conhecimento de São José e da região continental da Grande Florianópolis. Boa comunicação, desenvoltura e habilidade de negociação. Iniciativa e persistência para prospectar, além de organização para acompanhar oportunidades e trabalhar com metas. Familiaridade com CRM, WhatsApp e ferramentas digitais. Interesse em aprender e utilizar inteligência artificial na rotina profissional. CNH categoria A/B e disponibilidade para atividades externas e trabalho aos sábados.

Diferenciais que valorizamos

Experiência específica em captação de imóveis ou vendas consultivas, com histórico de resultados. Cursos de vendas, negociação, Técnico em Transações Imobiliárias ou outras formações do setor. Habilidade para fotografar e gravar vídeos de imóveis. Uso de ferramentas de IA para apoiar a prospecção, a comunicação e a organização do trabalho.

Remuneração e estrutura

Salário fixo de R$ 2.600,00 + comissões. Comissionamento relacionado à captação de imóveis para venda e locação, com condições a combinar, conforme regras e metas da empresa. Assiduidade de 5% após o período de experiência, conforme regras internas. Veículo e telefone da empresa para as atividades profissionais.
