Als administratief medewerker waste solutions ben je verantwoordelijk voor het administratief en cijfermatig opvolgen en registreren van de aan- en afvoer van afvalstromen binnen Imog. Het is hierbij belangrijk dat je onregelmatigheden opmerkt en rapporteert.

Een greep uit je takenpakket

  • Beheren van wegingen via diverse kanalen: de weegbruggen met weegbadges, de software van de recyclageparken, de logistieke software, externe platformen, …
  • Bij afwijkingen zoeken naar de oorzaak of de tekortkoming
  • Dagelijkse analyses in Excel en power BI
  • Handelingen uitvoeren in het ERP-systeem ter voorbereiding en uitvoering van de verkoopsfacturatie
  • Controleren van gegevens van geleverde diensten om de correctheid van de inkomende facturen te waarborgen
  • Opvragen van ontbrekende data bij interne/externe contacten
  • Opvolging van wettelijk verplichte documenten zoals vrachtdocumenten, verwerkingscertificaten, …
  • Aanmaken en beheren van de verschillende types badges voor klanten op de sites en recyclageparken van Imog
  • Ondersteunen van de verkoopdienst met de verwerking van offertes
  • Zowel per mail, ter plaatse als telefonisch sta je de klant te woord

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt minstens een graduaatsdiploma of een gelijkwaardig denkniveau
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar gelijkwaardige werkervaring
  • Je bent graag bezig met cijfers en controlewerk
  • Je denkt verder na dan de input. Je merkt onregelmatigheden op, onderzoekt ze, rapporteert en volgt op
  • Je haalt deadlines zonder hierbij in te boeten op nauwkeurigheid
  • Je bent digitaal sterk en leert vlot met nieuwe software werken
  • Een goede kennis van Excel en het efficiënt werken hiermee is noodzakelijk
  • Je stelt je flexibel op om samen met het team de gezamenlijke doelen te behalen
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk en beheerst een professioneel taalgebruik
