The posting

  • Manage and coordinate software deployments across UAT and Production environments, ensuring adherence to change management procedures and SDLC standards.
  • Must have hands on experience in executing and supporting application releases across Unix/Linux, AS400, Windows and Mainframe platforms using tools Rocket Aldon LM(e), Rocket Aldon LM(i) and Endevor.
  • Review change requests, implementation plans, deployment documentation and approvals to ensure compliance with governance, risk management and quality standards.
  • Coordinate release schedules, production implementations and emergency deployments while collaborating with development, infrastructure and cross-functional teams to minimise operational risks and service disruptions.
  • Perform deployment troubleshooting, production support, change control administration and incident management, including after-hours support for critical implementations.
  • Maintain technical documentation, user guides and operational procedures while supporting process improvements, deployment automation and release management activities using tools such as Remedy, SmartIT, Jenkins, Jira and Control-M.
