本ロールの役割:

クリエイター・コンサルティング+リレーション・マネージャーとして、戦略的ブランドコンサルティングとクリエイター/インフルエンサーマネージメントを橋渡しすることで、APJチームの一員としてクリエイターエコノミーの加速において重要な役割を果たしていただきます。単にリレーションシップを管理するのではなく、エキスパートアドボケートとして、クリエイター/インフルエンサーと世界的なトップブランドを含めたクライアントがパフォーマンス主導型のパートナーシップにおける収益を最大化できるように努めていただきます。本ロールはコミュニティ構築を得意とし、データドリブンマーケティングに長け、急成長をしているマーケットでパートナーシップコマースを構築して大きなインパクトを残すことにやりがいを感じていただける方に最適なロールです。

本ロールに行っていただくこと:

  • 広告主に対して、パフォーマンスクリエイター/インフルエンサー戦略を設計・実行し、キャンペーン設計やKPI（ROASなど）に対する提案〜実行まで行います。
  • クリエイター/インフルエンサーのリクルーティングからオンボーディングをリード し、impact.comプラットフォーム上のエクスペリエンスを通じて、パートナーの成長に寄与できるようにします。
  • クリエイター/インフルエンサーリレーションを育成し、コミュニケーション、積極的なサポート、コミュニティ構築を行い、信頼できる成長パートナーとして機能します。
  • 戦略的提案を提供し、クリエイター/インフルエンサーとブランドパートナーにキャンペーンの最適化とベストプラクティスに関するアクションドリブンなインサイトを提供します。
  • キャンペーンのインサイトを分析・共有し、転換率、エンゲージメント、ROIなど主要KPIをトラッキングし、インセンティブ戦略やキャンペーンの最適化を継続的に行います。
  • クリエイター/インフルエンサーエクスペリエンスをサポートし、パートナーからのフィードバックを積極的に活用し、プラットフォームの継続的な改善を行います。

必須スキル/経験:

  • クリエイター/インフルエンサーマーケティング、アフィリエイトマーケティング、またはコミュニティ管理における4年以上の経験および大規模なクリエイター/インフルエンサープログラムをマネージした実績。
  • ソーシャルメディアの業界知識およびパフォーマンスマーケティングにおけるクリエイター/インフルエンサーの活用モデルについての深い理解とインサイト。
  • 適切なコミュニケーションスキルやウェビナーやワークショップなど効果的なチャネル活動に対する経験やモチベーション、その他複雑なアイデアをアクションに落とし込む実行力。
  • データドリブンなマインドセットを持ち、パフォーマンスに対する最適なアクションをリードしていくスキル。
  • 積極的かつ協力的であり、戦略的プログラムの設計と実行を両立させるために、アジャイル環境で自律的に行動をし、それを成長モチベーションとして捉える姿勢。

プラスとなるスキル/経験:

  • SaaS、テックプラットフォーム、またはデジタルマーケティング（エージェンシー）の経験。
  • クリエイター/インフルエンサー業界、ソーシャルトレンド、成果ベースのパフォーマンスマーケティングに対する情熱。
