The posting

Als bankwerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig assembleren, onderhouden en herstellen van matrijzen die worden gebruikt in hoogwaardige productieprocessen.

  • Je werkt dagelijks met technische tekeningen in zowel 2D als beperkte 3D en zorgt ervoor dat elk onderdeel correct wordt opgebouwd en afgesteld;
  • Je analyseert defecten, voert technische oplossingen uit en garandeert een optimale werking van alle matrijsonderdelen;
  • Je controleert maatvoering, passing en functionaliteit van geassembleerde onderdelen om de kwaliteit te waarborgen;
  • Je voert manuele bewerkingen uit zoals slijpen, vijlen, polieren en schuren, aangevuld met beperkte machinale nabewerkingen zoals boren, tappen en conventioneel frezen of draaien;
  • Je test matrijzen, ondersteunt bij proefruns, en staat in voor revisie, reiniging en nauwkeurige registratie van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden;
  • Je werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen zoals CNC, EDM, Project Management en Productie en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in werkmethodes en matrijsontwerp;
  • Orde, netheid en veiligheid zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend;
  • Je werkt in dagdienst van maandag tot en met vrijdag.

Voor deze technische functie zoeken we een kandidaat met een sterke achtergrond in mechanica, werktuigbouwkunde of een gelijkaardige richting:

  • Een TSO/BSO-diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring vormt een sterke basis;
  • Ervaring in matrijzenbouw, assemblage of fijnmechanisch werk is een grote troef;
  • Heb je ervaring als CNC draaier/frezer? Dan vormt dit zeker een meerwaarde bij de overstap naar deze functie;
  • Je beschikt over goede vaardigheden in manuele bewerkingen en hebt inzicht in passing, toleranties en materialen;
  • Je kan technische plannen vlot lezen en interpreteren;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel;
  • Je bent bereid om in dagdienst te werken.
