The posting

  • Betonproductie aansturen: Je bewaakt de hoeveelheden, samenstellingen en continuïteit van de betonproductie.
  • Machines bedienen: Je controleert de opstart en werking van de betoncentrale en de menginstallatie.
  • Kwaliteit controleren: Je volgt productiegegevens, stalen en meetresultaten op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Voorraden beheren: Je houdt de voorraad van granulaten, cement en hulpstoffen in de gaten en zorgt ervoor dat tijdig wordt bijbesteld.
  • Storingen oplossen: Je spoort technische problemen op, verhelpt kleine storingen en vervangt onderdelen indien nodig.
  • Onderhoud uitvoeren: Je staat in voor het preventieve onderhoud en de netheid van de installatie. Voor complexere herstellingen werk je samen met externe techniekers.
  • De productie organiseren: Je stemt de dagelijkse werkzaamheden af met je collega-centralist, betonpompisten en betonmixchauffeurs.
  • Contact onderhouden: Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs, klanten en leveranciers die zich aanmelden bij de betoncentrale.
  • Veilig werken: Je volgt de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften en hebt oog voor mogelijke risico's en afwijkingen.
  • Je hebt een goede technische kennis en interesse in mechanica en elektriciteit.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van betonsamenstellingen en productieprocessen.
  • Ervaring in een betoncentrale is een pluspunt.
  • Je kunt vlot met computers en besturingsprogramma's werken. Kennis van Command Alkon is een extra troef.
  • Je merkt storingen en afwijkingen snel op en zoekt zelfstandig naar oplossingen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt aandacht voor kwaliteit.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt actief mee over een efficiënte werking.
  • Je bent flexibel en houdt van een afwisselend takenpakket.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's, maar kunt ook zelfstandig aan de slag.
  • Je bent bereid om praktisch en fysiek werk uit te voeren wanneer dat nodig is.
