Voor een internationale speler binnen de medische sector zijn we op zoek naar een Customer Service Representative.

In deze functie vorm je een belangrijke schakel tussen de klanten (voornamelijk ziekenhuizen), de commerciële teams en de interne Supply Chain-afdeling.

Je staat in voor een vlotte en efficiënte verwerking van bestellingen en zorgt voor een uitstekende klantenervaring. Je hebt voornamelijk contact met zorgprofessionals en aankoopdiensten van ziekenhuizen.

Je komt terecht in een enthousiast Customer Service-team en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de verantwoordelijke van de afdeling.

Jouw takenpakket

Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten en bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties op. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen.

Je verantwoordelijkheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Ontvangen, controleren en invoeren van bestellingen.
  • Opvolgen van het volledige leveringsproces.
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van facturatie.
  • Beheren en actualiseren van klantgegevens.
  • Bezorgen van documenten aan klanten, zoals orderbevestigingen, leveringsbonnen en certificaten.
  • Beantwoorden van klantvragen en behandelen van problemen met betrekking tot producten en bestellingen.
  • Registreren en opvolgen van klachten over leveringen of prijzen.
  • Behandelen van retourzendingen.
  • Opvolgen van afdelingsgebonden KPI's en meewerken aan verbeteringsinitiatieven.
  • Ondersteunen en vervangen van collega's waar nodig.
  • Opstellen van een maandelijkse verkoopprognose.

Jouw profiel

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand met een sterke klantgerichte ingesteldheid en goede administratieve vaardigheden.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel en luistert aandachtig naar de behoeften van klanten.
  • Je beschikt over een uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office.
  • Ervaring met SAP is een mooi pluspunt.
  • Kennis van het Engels is een bijkomend voordeel.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en kwaliteitsbewust.
  • Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en beseft dat jouw werk uiteindelijk bijdraagt aan de gezondheid van patiënten.
