Ben jij een technisch talent met een passie voor mechanisch en elektrisch onderhoud? Voor een innovatieve speler binnen de drankensector zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde onderhoudstechnieker die mee zorgt voor een optimaal draaiende productieomgeving. Je komt terecht in een moderne productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en continuïteit centraal staan. Dankzij jouw technische kennis en probleemoplossend vermogen blijven de installaties en productiemachines maximaal renderen.

Jouw taken

  • Uitvoeren van mechanisch en elektrisch onderhoud aan industriële installaties
  • Controlerondes en testrondes uitvoeren om productiemachines continu operationeel te houden
  • Storingen snel analyseren en oplossen volgens de geldende veiligheidsprocedures
  • Reviseren van onderdelen zoals motoren, pompen, transportbanden, lagers, dichtingen, sensoren en relais
  • Vervangen, herstellen en uitlijnen van wisselstukken
  • Afstellen van machineonderdelen en productieparameters
  • Uitvoeren van demontage-, montage- en herstellingswerken aan kleine constructies

Als onderhoudstechnieker in de drankensector combineer je affiniteit voor elektromechanica met expertise in elektrisch en mechanisch onderhoud. In deze moderne productieomgeving staan veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie voorop.

Jouw profiel

  • Vereist: een A2-diploma in elektromechanica, mechanica of elektriciteit, of ervaring als elektromekanieker in een industriële setting.
  • Expertise in het diagnosticeren en verhelpen van elektrische storingen, zoals sensoren, bekabeling, transportbanden, elektrische kasten en relais, is vereist.
  • Je bent bekend met mechanische onderdelen zoals lagers, pompen, motoren, tandwielkasten, dichtingen en boutverbindingen.
  • Stressbestendigheid, een oplossingsgerichte aanpak en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel kenmerken jouw werkwijze.
  • Veiligheid, planning en productieprocessen staan bij jou altijd voorop, en je werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Zelfstandigheid en een praktische hands-on mentaliteit zijn vanzelfsprekend voor jou.

  • Heb je ervaring met heftruck, hoogtewerker of rolbrug? Dat is een voordeel.
  • Kennis van PLC-sturingen, zoals het uitlezen van in- en uitgangen, resets en basisprogrammatie, is een troef.
