The posting

Als koeltechnieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het technisch onderhoud en de goede werking van verschillende koelinstallaties. Je komt op diverse locaties en krijgt te maken met uiteenlopende klanten en technische situaties.

  • Je voert preventief onderhoud, depannages en herstellingen uit aan koeltechnische installaties.
  • Je werkt bij een gevarieerd professioneel klantenbestand, waaronder kantoren, openbare gebouwen, scholen, winkels, ziekenhuizen en woonzorgcentra.
  • Je werkt voornamelijk aan comfortkoeling in grote gebouwen.
  • Zware industriële koeling maakt geen deel uit van deze functie.
  • Je analyseert technische problemen en gaat steeds op zoek naar een efficiënte en correcte oplossing.
  • Na elke interventie maak je een digitaal servicerapport op dat door de klant wordt ondertekend.
  • Je werkt voornamelijk zelfstandig, maar voor bepaalde technische interventies word je samen met een collega ingepland.
  • Je hebt regelmatig contact met je collega-techniekers via telefoon en WhatsApp, waardoor je steeds kan overleggen wanneer nodig.
  • Je neemt deel aan een wachtdienstregeling, gemiddeld één keer om de 6 à 8 weken.

Als koeltechnieker combineer je ervaring en zelfstandigheid met een oplossingsgerichte en klantvriendelijke aanpak, en ken je de kneepjes van koeltechniek en HVAC-installaties.

  • Enkele jaren ervaring als koeltechnieker of in een vergelijkbare technische rol zijn vereist.
  • Een koeltechnisch certificaat categorie 1 is vereist, of de bereidheid om dit snel te behalen.
  • Kennis van de verschillende technieken binnen HVAC/S is essentieel.
  • Goede kennis van elektriciteit en de vaardigheid om zelfstandig een storingsonderzoek in laagspanningsinstallaties (LS) uit te voeren, zijn vereist.
  • Een geldig VCA-attest is vereist; een BA4- of BA5-attest is een troef.
  • Zelfstandig werken en een oplossingsgerichte aanpak van technische uitdagingen zijn belangrijk.
  • Flexibiliteit is belangrijk, want technische interventies kunnen soms overuren met zich meebrengen.
  • Deelname aan de wachtdienst wordt verwacht.
  • Klantgericht, communicatief en leergierig zijn belangrijk, net als een verzorgd, professioneel voorkomen.
  • Als aanspreekpunt voor klanten vertegenwoordig je het bedrijf op een professionele manier.
  • Technische en praktische ondersteuning komt van collega's vanuit de vestiging in Sint-Andries.
  • Met de camionette rijd je vanuit huis naar de verschillende klanten.
  • Het werkgebied ligt voornamelijk in West-Vlaanderen en Oost-Vlaanderen, met af en toe opdrachten in de regio Antwerpen.
