The posting

In deze rol ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen het magazijn en de productieafdeling. Je waakt over de beschikbaarheid en correcte opvolging van materialen, beheert de stockniveaus en zorgt ervoor dat alle gegevens in SAP up-to-date en correct zijn.

Daarnaast neem je de rol van SAP Key User op binnen de productieafdeling.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je staat in voor een efficiënt stockbeheer en zorgt ervoor dat materialen tijdig en volgens de geldende 5S-principes beschikbaar zijn voor de productie.
  • Je volgt de materiaalplanning op en controleert regelmatig de verbruiksregistraties en materiaalafboekingen.
  • Je waakt over de correctheid van de stockgegevens en neemt deel aan de jaarlijkse inventaris.
  • Je genereert en analyseert rapporten in SAP ter ondersteuning van de productieafdeling.
  • Je beheert bestellingen en de stockopvolging van de Small Production Facilities (SPF).
  • Je ondersteunt een correcte maandelijkse afsluiting door de opvolging van Work in Progress (WIP).
  • Als SAP Key User ondersteun je bij testen, implementaties en vragen van eindgebruikers.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende collega's binnen de productieafdeling en anticipeert proactief op eventuele stockverschillen of afwijkingen.

We zoeken iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie haalt uit een gevarieerd takenpakket op het kruispunt van administratie, productie en logistiek.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een diploma secundair onderwijs (A2-niveau) of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met administratieve of IT-gerelateerde processen.
  • Kennis van SAP is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office, waaronder Excel, Word en Outlook.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en proactief.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en hebt een uitgesproken servicegerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Je werkt graag samen met verschillende interne afdelingen en denkt oplossingsgericht mee.
