The posting

Als Logistiek Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige planningsproces, van de aankoop van productiematerialen tot het opstellen en opvolgen van de productieplanning.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Aankoop en voorraadbeheer: je stemt de materiaalbehoeften af met de aankoopafdeling en bewaakt de beschikbaarheid en voorraadniveaus van grondstoffen.
  • Orderopvolging: je bereidt aankoop- en afroeporders voor in het systeem en volgt deze nauwgezet op bij leveranciers.
  • Productieplanning: je stelt de wekelijkse interne en externe productieplanning op en houdt rekening met onderhoud, lopende projecten en de beschikbare mensen en machines.
  • Afstemming tussen afdelingen: je vormt de schakel tussen Productie, Quality Assurance, Maintenance en klanten. Je communiceert tijdig over wijzigingen, behoeften en mogelijke vertragingen.
  • Planning optimaliseren: je beheert en optimaliseert de MRP-parameters om productie en voorraadbeheer zo efficiënt mogelijk te laten verlopen.
  • Probleemoplossend werken: je anticipeert op veranderende omstandigheden en stuurt de planning bij waar nodig.

We zoeken iemand die graag het overzicht bewaart, vooruit kan denken en vlot kan schakelen tussen verschillende prioriteiten.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een A2-diploma of een gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring.
  • Een opleiding of ervaring binnen logistiek, supply chain of productieplanning is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en hebt ervaring met een ERP-systeem, bij voorkeur SAP.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je communiceert helder en werkt graag samen met verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je bent flexibel en kunt snel inspelen op wijzigingen in de planning.
