Wat ga je doen?

Als Montage Manager staalbouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor de planning, coördinatie en opvolging van alle montageactiviteiten. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd.

  • Je plant en coördineert montageactiviteiten voor diverse staalbouw- en constructieprojecten.
  • Je stuurt montageploegen aan en ondersteunt hen bij dagelijkse uitdagingen.
  • Je bewaakt de veiligheid, kwaliteit en voortgang op de werf.
  • Je volgt personeelsbezetting en montageplanning proactief op.
  • Je signaleert mogelijke knelpunten en onderneemt tijdig actie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, werfleiders en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat montagewerken volgens de vooropgestelde kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen worden uitgevoerd.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directie en draagt actief bij aan de verdere optimalisatie van de montageorganisatie.

Wie ben jij?

Je combineert technisch inzicht met een sterk organisatietalent en houdt altijd het overzicht.

  • Een masterdiploma in burgerlijke of industriële ingenieurswetenschappen — of vergelijkbare ervaring — is vereist.
  • Staalbouw, montageprocessen en constructieprojecten spreken je bijzonder aan.
  • Je bent sterk in organisatie en kunt meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd beheren.
  • Je communiceert helder en vlot met uiteenlopende stakeholders.
  • Je motiveert en verbindt teams door een coachende aanpak.
  • Veiligheid is voor jou een absolute prioriteit.
  • Nederlands en Engels beheers je op een zeer goed niveau.
  • Duits en/of Frans spreken is een plus.
  • Eerdere ervaring met staalbouw of complexe constructieprojecten is een pluspunt.

Je bent hands-on, neemt snel beslissingen en durft verantwoordelijkheid te dragen.
