The posting

Als onderhoudstechnieker voer je correctief- en preventief onderhoud uit om de continuïteit, bedrijfszekerheid en veiligheid van het machinepark, de nutsvoorzieningen en de waterzuiveringsinstallatie te verzekeren:

  • Controle van onderdelen volgens interne onderhoudsschema’s
  • Afstelling van onderdelen, herstelling van mankementen, vervangen van defecte of versleten onderdelen, testen van de machine voor heropstart
  • Controle van nutsvoorzieningen aan de hand van een intern opgestelde checklist
  • Registratie van werkzaamheden in een onderhoudspakket
  • Dagrapporten opstellen
  • Overleg met ploegverantwoordelijke, lijnoperatoren, collega onderhoudstechniekers met betrekking tot storingen en bediening van een machine
  • Diagnose kunnen stellen
  • Gestructureerd rapporteren en duidelijk communicatie met maintenance, manager en externen
  • Bijdragen tot de optimalisatie van het productieproces en rendement, het machinepark, de technische installaties en nutsvoorzieningen
  • Zorgen voor een ordelijke en propere werkomgeving zodat deze steeds voldoet aan de hygiëne- en veiligheidsnormen

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je hebt een Bachelor diploma in Electromechanica of minimaal een A2-niveau en hebt enkele jaren waardevolle ervaring opgedaan in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur binnen de voedingssector.
  • Je beschikt over een goed inzicht in processen en installaties, waardoor je snel kunt schakelen en problemen kunt identificeren.
  • Je hebt een stevige kennis van elektriciteit, elektronica, pompen, pneumatiek, meet- en regeltechnieken, en hydraulica. Daarnaast heb je ervaring met Siemens S7 (Field PG en het lezen van programma's).
  • Je bent vaardig met een PC en hebt een goede beheersing van Office-toepassingen en onderhoudspakketten.
