Als projectleider neem je de verantwoordelijkheid over diverse technische projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Dankzij jouw organisatorische vaardigheden zorg je ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt en dat deadlines, budgetten en kwaliteitsnormen worden gerespecteerd.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit:

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van meerdere technische projecten.
  • Opmaken en bewaken van projectplanningen.
  • Aansturen van techniekers en ondersteunen waar nodig.
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en interne collega's.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, budgetten en deadlines.
  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften op de werkvloer.
  • Beheren van de materiaalvoorraad en tijdig bestellen van de nodige materialen.
  • Analyseren van technische fiches, schema's en plannen.
  • Proactief oplossen van technische en organisatorische uitdagingen.
  • Waken over een vlotte communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen.

Voor deze rol zoeken we iemand met een sterk organisatietalent, technisch inzicht en een passie voor het opvolgen van projecten.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Je hebt een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring in een technische omgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring in projectcoördinatie, projectleiding of een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Je communiceert helder en hebt een klantgerichte instelling.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en blijft kalm onder druk.
  • Je hebt organisatietalent en kunt meerdere projecten tegelijk beheren.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en interesse in technische installaties en projecten.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands vlot.
  • Je bent leergierig en hebt ambitie om verder te groeien binnen de organisatie.
  • Je neemt zelfstandig beslissingen en stelt prioriteiten.
