The posting

Als storingstechnieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het elektrisch en mechanisch onderhoud van hoogtechnologische productielijnen. Je zorgt ervoor dat installaties optimaal blijven functioneren en grijpt snel in bij technische problemen om productiestilstanden te vermijden.

Jouw taken:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan geautomatiseerde productielijnen.
  • Opsporen en oplossen van elektrische storingen aan onder andere sturingskasten, sensoren en motoren.
  • Lezen en interpreteren van elektrische schema’s en begrijpen van automatiseringsprocessen.
  • Uitvoeren van inspecties aan ovens, koelinstallaties en transportsystemen.
  • Reviseren van mechanische onderdelen zoals pompen en lagers.
  • Uitvoeren van uitlijningen en onderhoud aan kettingoverbrengingen.
  • Snel reageren bij storingen aan afvul- en verpakkingsmachines.
  • Onderhouden van randinstallaties die belangrijk zijn voor het productieproces.
  • Meedenken over technische verbeteringen om stilstanden te beperken.
  • Diploma Elektromechanica (A2 of Bachelor) of vergelijkbare ervaring is vereist.
  • Je beschikt over sterke elektrische kennis en goede mechanische vaardigheden.
  • Ervaring in de voedingsindustrie of een sterke interesse voor deze sector is voldoende.
  • Je hebt kennis van automatisatie en kunt elektrische schema’s lezen.
  • Problemen oplossen en analytisch denken gaan bij jou hand in hand.
  • Nauwkeurigheid en veiligheid staan bij jou voorop.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Werken in een 2-ploegensysteem schrikt je niet af.
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands is vereist.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B.
