Als Onderhoudstechnieker zorg je ervoor dat het machinepark maximaal beschikbaar blijft en productiestilstanden tot een minimum worden beperkt. Je combineert preventief onderhoud met technische interventies en verbeteringsprojecten.

  • Uitvoeren van algemeen onderhoud aan een geautomatiseerd machinepark
  • Uitvoeren van montagewerken binnen de productieomgeving
  • Herstellen van installaties en mechanische onderdelen
  • Uitvoeren van laswerken en technische aanpassingen
  • Ondersteunen van de storingsdienst bij grotere technische interventies
  • Uitvoeren van preventieve onderhoudswerken volgens planning
  • Correct registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in het onderhoudssysteem
  • Opsporen en analyseren van terugkerende technische problemen
  • Formuleren en implementeren van technische verbeteringsvoorstellen
  • Mee waken over veiligheid, kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van de installaties
  • Samenwerken met collega's van productie en techniek om een efficiënte werking te garanderen

Je bent een technisch sterke probleemoplosser die graag uitdagingen aangaat en energie haalt uit het onderhouden en optimaliseren van machines.

  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding of relevante werkervaring
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van mechanica en elektriciteit
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen
  • Je functioneert uitstekend binnen een team
  • Je bent leergierig en wil jouw technische kennis verder uitbreiden
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en veiligheidsbewust
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en denkt proactief mee
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is een pluspunt
  • Kennis van verpakkingsmachines of de voedingsindustrie vormt een extra troef
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een tweeploegenstelsel
