Takenpakket Technisch Operator

  • Werken in een geautomatiseerde productieomgeving binnen een tweeploegensysteem
  • Opstarten, instellen en bedienen van afvul- en verpakkingsmachines
  • Bewaken van het productieproces en zorgen voor een efficiënte werking
  • Controleren van verschillende processtappen volgens kwaliteitsnormen
  • Signaleren en oplossen van kleine technische storingen
  • Uitvoeren van productwissels en ombouwen van machines
  • Beperken van stilstanden door snel en efficiënt in te grijpen
  • Reinigen van installaties en werkposten volgens de geldende procedures
  • Naleven van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften
  • Samenwerken met collega’s om productieprocessen te optimaliseren
  • Ondersteunen en opleiden van startende operatoren
  • Toezien op netheid en voedselveiligheid binnen de productieomgeving
  • Rapporteren van afwijkingen en technische problemen aan de verantwoordelijke
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen het productieproces
  • Zorg dragen voor een ordelijke en veilige werkomgeving

Profiel Technisch Operator

  • Beschikken over een technische achtergrond dankzij een technische A2-opleiding of relevante werkervaring
  • Ervaring hebben binnen een productieomgeving als technische operator
  • Zelfstandig klein technisch onderhoud kunnen uitvoeren
  • Bereid zijn om te werken in een tweeploegensysteem
  • Snel en efficiënt kunnen reageren bij technische storingen
  • Oplossingsgericht en resultaatgericht kunnen werken
  • Technisch inzicht hebben en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen binnen het productieproces
  • Veiligheidsvoorschriften strikt opvolgen tijdens de werkzaamheden
  • Veel belang hechten aan orde, netheid en hygiëne
  • Correct omgaan met de geldende regels binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie
  • Goed kunnen samenwerken met collega’s binnen een productieomgeving
  • Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust werken
  • Flexibel ingesteld zijn en stressbestendig kunnen handelen
  • Gemotiveerd zijn om bij te leren en initiatief te nemen binnen de functie
