Ben jij een technisch talent met ervaring in voertuigonderhoud en reparatie? Als vrachtwagenmecanicien speel je een cruciale rol in het draaiende houden van ons wagenpark. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle vrachtwagens veilig en betrouwbaar de weg op kunnen, zodat chauffeurs efficiënt hun werk kunnen uitvoeren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Voer regelmatige inspecties uit om te garanderen dat alle vrachtwagens voldoen aan veiligheids- en compliance-eisen
  • Vervang of repareer defecte onderdelen, zoals motoren, remmen, versnellingsbakken en andere essentiële componenten
  • Onderhoud service- en onderhoudsregistraties en rapporteer alle uitgevoerde werkzaamheden
  • Werk nauw samen met chauffeurs en het operationele team om stilstand en vertragingen te minimaliseren
  • Zorg dat alle werkzaamheden veilig en volgens bedrijfsprocedures worden uitgevoerd
  • Signaleer proactief technische problemen om de efficiëntie van het wagenpark te verhogen
  • Draag bij aan de optimale werking en betrouwbaarheid van alle voertuigen binnen een teamgerichte omgeving

Ben jij een technisch talent met passie voor zware voertuigen? Als vrachtwagenmecanicien bij een transportbedrijf zorg je voor het onderhoud, de reparatie en de inspectie van het volledige wagenpark. Jouw werk zorgt ervoor dat de vrachtwagens veilig, betrouwbaar en efficiënt blijven rijden, zodat chauffeurs zonder vertraging hun routes kunnen uitvoeren en de operationele continuïteit van het transportbedrijf gewaarborgd blijft.

  • Afgeronde opleiding als automecanicien, vrachtwagenmechanica of gelijkwaardige technische achtergrond.
  • 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in onderhoud, reparatie en inspectie van vrachtwagens of andere zware voertuigen.
  • Kennis van motoren, remsystemen, versnellingsbakken, ophangingen en andere voertuigcomponenten.
  • TIG/MIG lassen en carrosserieherstellingen zijn een pluspunt.
  • Het lezen van technische handleidingen, schema’s en werkorders behoort tot je vaardigheden.
  • Werken met diagnoseapparatuur en voertuigelektronica.
  • Bekendheid met veiligheids- en compliance-eisen binnen de transport- en automotive-sector.
  • Teamspeler: samenwerken met collega’s gaat je goed af, en je lost problemen zelfstandig op terwijl je prioriteiten stelt.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden zijn belangrijk voor de samenwerking met chauffeurs en operationele teams.
  • Rijbewijs B is vereist. Een rijbewijs C of CE is een pluspunt.
