The posting

Objetivo do Cargo:

Analisar e administrar os processos de crédito e cobrança da distribuidora, garantindo a correta avaliação da capacidade financeira dos clientes, a redução da inadimplência e a recuperação de valores em aberto, sempre em conformidade com a política interna e com as melhores práticas do mercado.

Requisitos Técnicos (Hard Skills):

  • Conhecimento em rotinas de análise de crédito e cobrança;
  • Familiaridade com sistemas ERP e ferramentas de consulta a birôs de crédito;
  • Domínio do Excel e outras ferramentas de controle e análise financeira;
  • Noções de contabilidade básica e fluxo de caixa.
  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência prévia em crédito e cobrança, preferencialmente no segmento de distribuição ou autopeças.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar a análise de crédito de novos clientes e a revisão periódica de limites e prazos junto aos clientes ativos;
  • Consultar e interpretar relatórios de crédito (Serasa, Boa Vista, etc.), documentos e balanços para embasar decisões;
  • Controlar a carteira de recebíveis, acompanhar o aging de títulos em aberto e propor ações para redução da inadimplência;
  • Manter contato ativo com clientes para tratar de pendências financeiras e negociar prazos, condições de pagamento e acordos;
  • Emitir e controlar instrumentos de cobrança (boletos, protestos, cartas de anuência, etc.);
  • Realizar conciliações financeiras, baixas e prorrogações no sistema ERP;
  • Preparar relatórios periódicos sobre a carteira de crédito e indicadores como PDD, inadimplência e recuperação de crédito;
  • Apoiar o departamento comercial com orientações sobre limites e condições de pagamento;
  • Garantir o cumprimento das políticas internas e das diretrizes legais que regem os processos de crédito e cobrança.
