Imperial Brady has an Equipment Service Manager role available in Bordentown, NJ! Join a strong and continuously evolving team helping to continue to grow our business. If you're eager for your next opportunity, Imperial Brady is a great place to take that next step. This position is responsible for directing and scheduling the troubleshooting & repairing of mechanical and electrical systems on commercial floor machines, sweepers, scrubbers, and buffers. The schedule is from 7:30 am-finish, Monday - Friday. You will: 

Manages the service technician team and service department. Responsible for P&L of department.  Setting up and maintaining equipment PM schedule; Must also complete and electronically file all PM and work order paperwork. Maintain up to date records of services performed; Log all completed service orders and then submit them for billing. Maintain strong relationship with customers, equipment manufacturers and parts suppliers. Call vendors for RGA #’s on parts that are being returned for warranty and or other reasons; Log all warranty claims; Coordinate with assigned internal contacts on pack up and shipping of all returned parts. Order and coordinate with the assigned internal contacts the slotting and putting away of inventory for stock or for special orders; write up and log all purchase orders. Obtain pricing and availability on parts from vendors. Organize and maintain equipment files from vendors; Organize and maintain service manuals for shop use; Copy and send manuals to customers when requested. Receive customer service requests via phone, fax, & e-mail for supervisor to schedule in all Imperial Branches Meet with key customers and vendors, maintain those relationships Work with sales in the field selling service as a solution and PM programs Other activities as directed by management.

You Have: 

Manage and lead a team Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions. Demonstrate ability to effectively multi-task with little supervision. Ability to conduct oneself in a professional, confidential and competent manner in a multitude of situations

Proven ability to effectively establish priorities and develop objectives, goals, and action plans to meet or exceed customer expectations within a fast-paced environment

Strong computer skills  Excellent verbal and communication skills  High School Diploma / GED / Technical Program Certificate  Must be detailed oriented.
