Imperial Brady has an Inventory Control Manager opportunity available in Franklin, MA! Join a strong and continuously evolving group, helping to grow our business. Imperial Brady is a great place to take that next step if you're eager for your next opportunity.    The Inventory Control Manager will manage inventory control activities, including a supporting team of Inventory Control Associates. You will:

Supervise inventory control and accuracy for the facility Manage & engage employees, provide staff development and training Maintain the physical inventory Improve controls Identify operational issues Consistently execute the cycle count program to ensure inventory and location accuracy Validate the accuracy of products transferred between facilities Research and resolve discrepancies Monitor adjustments in the warehouse management system Forecast potential inventory issues Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficiencies

You have:

3+ years of direct inventory control experience, ideally in distribution operations 1+ years of supervisory experience High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Experience with warehouse equipment and warehouse management systems Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
