The posting

Imperial Brady has a Showroom Sales Associate position available in Montgomery, AL. Join our strong and continuously evolving group, helping to continue to grow our business. Imperial Brady is a great place to take that next step if you are eager for your next opportunity.

The schedule for this position is 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday.

You will:

Handle high-volume calls Interact with customers in a Point-of-Sale environment Identify and evaluate customers’ needs Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussion Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents Assist in warehouse duties to include picking and putting away of inventory, as needed. Stock showroom shelves. Pull and load customer orders into vehicle.

You have:

High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) or equivalent Strong communication skills Ability to lift 40 pounds comfortably and unassisted
