Imperial Brady has a Showroom Sales Association position available in Birmingham AL! Join our strong and continuously evolving group, helping to continue to grow our business. Imperial Brady is a great place to take that next step if you are eager for your next opportunity.     The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM   You will:

Handle high-volume calls and face-to-face walk-in customers Interact with customers in a Point-of-Sale environment Identify and evaluate customers’ needs Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussion Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents Stock shelves and keep the showroom clean and presentable 

You have:

High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) or equivalent Strong communication skills Ability to lift 50 pounds comfortably and unassisted Retail and face-to-face customer service experience highly preferred
