MISSÃO DO CARGO

Garantir a segurança, a organização e a boa convivência dos alunos nos diferentes espaços escolares, por meio da supervisão contínua, orientação comportamental e acompanhamento das rotinas de circulação e recreação, contribuindo para um ambiente escolar seguro, acolhedor e favorável ao desenvolvimento dos estudantes.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

  • Supervisionar os alunos nos pátios, corredores, quadras, áreas de convivência e demais dependências da instituição.
  • Acompanhar e organizar a movimentação dos estudantes nos horários de entrada, saída, recreio, intervalos e deslocamentos entre ambientes.
  • Orientar os alunos quanto às normas de convivência, disciplina, respeito mútuo e cumprimento das regras institucionais.
  • Zelar pela integridade física e pelo bem-estar dos estudantes, identificando e prevenindo situações de risco, acidentes e comportamentos inadequados.
  • Intervir preventivamente em conflitos e situações de indisciplina, adotando uma postura respeitosa e educativa e comunicando as ocorrências à coordenação responsável.
  • Acompanhar as atividades recreativas nos espaços coletivos, contribuindo para o uso seguro e adequado dos ambientes e equipamentos.
  • Observar o comportamento dos alunos e comunicar à coordenação situações que demandem acompanhamento ou intervenção pedagógica.
  • Auxiliar na organização de filas, deslocamentos, eventos escolares e demais atividades coletivas, conforme as orientações da gestão.
  • Apoiar a equipe pedagógica na manutenção da rotina, da disciplina e da organização dos espaços escolares.
  • Orientar os estudantes quanto à preservação do patrimônio, à limpeza e à conservação dos ambientes de uso coletivo.
  • Cumprir e zelar pelo cumprimento dos protocolos institucionais de segurança e convivência escolar.
  • Registrar e comunicar acidentes, conflitos, incidentes e demais ocorrências relevantes, conforme os procedimentos internos.
  • Encaminhar os alunos aos profissionais responsáveis sempre que a situação exigir atendimento ou acompanhamento específico.
  • Acionar o sinal sonoro nos horários estabelecidos pela instituição, conforme o cronograma escolar, para indicar o início e o término das aulas, dos intervalos, dos recreios e de outros períodos da rotina escolar.

REQUISITOS DO CARGO

  • Escolaridade: Ensino Médio completo.
  • Experiência: Desejável experiência em ambiente escolar, atendimento ao público ou atividades de supervisão.
  • Conhecimentos desejáveis: Rotinas escolares, normas de convivência, prevenção de conflitos e procedimentos básicos de segurança.
