Impiega Agenzia Per il Lavoro S.p.A., ricerca per azienda cliente con sede a Chieti (CH), leader nel settore della progettazione di impianti tecnologici, delle automazioni e costruzioni:

Geometra di cantiere/ Ingegnere edile.

Il geometra di cantiere o Ingegnere edile è il professionista che supervisiona tutte le operazioni in corso all'interno dei diversi cantieri, assicurandosi del rispetto delle norme di sicurezza e dei regolamenti relativi alle costruzioni edili. Fa da tramite tra i costruttori e la dirigenza dei lavori e ha la responsabilità della gestione di macchinari e materiali. Inoltre si occupa di tutta la documentazione necessaria, a partire dalle autorizzazioni per l'apertura del cantiere fino ai rapporti conclusivi.

Responsabilità:

  • Sopralluoghi sui cantieri;
  • Dirigere le diverse fasi della produzione dei cantieri, nei tempi e nei metodi;
  • Contabilità attiva e passiva;
  • Coordinare in qualità di preposto le attività di cantiere in accordo col capo-commessa;
  • Coordinamento e supervisione delle squadre di lavoro;
  • Predisporre il piano di approvvigionamento e interfacciarsi con i fornitori in aiuto all'ufficio acquisti;
  • Verifica andamento dello stato dei lavori- personale di servizio- mezzi ed attrezzature di cantiere;
  • Archiviazione della documentazione di cantiere;
  • Partecipare alle riunioni periodiche per verificare l'andamento della commessa.

Requisiti

  • Diploma di Geometra o laurea in Ingegneria edile;
  • Capacità di redigere Pos e Pimus;
  • Contabilità di cantiere;
  • Capacità di redigere preventivi;
  • Predisposizione al lavoro in team;
  • Capacità organizzative;
  • Coordinamento delle maestranze assegnate;
  • Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nella gestione di commesse del settore edile in ambito pubblico o privato.
