Du bist im Schweizer Rechnungswesen zuhause, erstellst Abschlüsse selbstständig und kennst dich gleichzeitig in der Lohnverarbeitung aus?

Für unseren Kunden, ein international tätiges Industrieunternehmen mit Schweizer Standort in Lotzwil, suchen wir eine erfahrene Fachperson, die Verantwortung für Finanzbuchhaltung und Payroll der Schweizer Gesellschaften übernimmt. Dich erwartet keine reine Sachbearbeitungsfunktion, sondern eine vielseitige Fachverantwortung mit hoher Selbstständigkeit, kurzen Entscheidungswegen und einem kleinen, unterstützenden Team.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Finanzbuchhaltung mehrerer Schweizer Gesellschaften
  • Selbstständige Erstellung und Koordination von Monats\- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Verantwortung für die Lohnverarbeitung inklusive Sozialversicherungen und Jahresendarbeiten
  • Abstimmung zwischen Payroll und Finanzbuchhaltung sowie Erstellung der MWST\-Abrechnungen
  • Fachliche Ansprechperson für Fragestellungen rund um Accounting und Payroll
  • Fachliche Begleitung der Stellvertretung und Weitergabe deines Know\-hows

Dein Profil

  • Eidgenössischer Fachausweis im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Schweizer Rechnungswesen sowie praktische Payroll\-Erfahrung
  • Sicherheit bei Monats\- und Jahresabschlüssen nach Schweizer Rechnungslegung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Sozialversicherungen und Mehrwertsteuer
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Freude daran, Fachwissen weiterzugeben und mehrere Gesellschaften zuverlässig zu betreuen
