Eintritt vorbereiten, Mutation erfassen, Absenz klären, eine dringende Anfrage beantworten – und zwischendurch läuft natürlich noch das Tagesgeschäft.

Genau dafür suchen wir für unseren Kunden in der Region Bern eine HR\-Persönlichkeit, die organisiert arbeitet, gerne selbst anpackt und auch dann einen kühlen bewahrt, wenn mehrere Themen gleichzeitig Priorität haben.

Dich erwartet kein starrer Administrationsjob, sondern eine vielseitige HR\-Operations\- mit Verantwortung, unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartner:innen und mehreren Systemwelten.

DEIN ALLTAG IM HR

  • Du betreust die Personaladministration von Eintritt bis Austritt
  • Du erfasst und bearbeitest Mutationen und hältst Personalstammdaten aktuell
  • Du kümmerst dich um Krankheits\- und Unfallabsenzen
  • Du wirkst bei den Monatsabschlüssen der Zeiterfassung mit
  • Du koordinierst und bearbeitest Weiterbildungsanträge
  • Du erstellst, publizierst und pflegst Stelleninserate im Bewerbermanagement
  • Du bearbeitest Spontanbewerbungen sowie eingehende Kandidatendossiers
  • Du beantwortest HR\-Anfragen per Telefon und E\-Mail
  • Du arbeitest mit verschiedenen internen Ansprechpartner:innen zusammen und stellst gemeinsam mit dem Team die gegenseitige Stellvertretung sicher
  • Du erkennst, wo Unterstützung gebraucht wird, und packst dort unkompliziert mit an

DAS PASST ZU DIR

Du bringst eine kaufmännische Grundbildung sowie idealerweise eine Weiterbildung als HR\-Assistent:in, Sachbearbeiter:in Personalwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.

Noch wichtiger ist uns deine praktische Erfahrung. Du kennst die Personaladministration, arbeitest sorgfältig und weisst, dass im HR nicht immer alles nach Lehrbuch läuft.

Abacus und Umantis Kenntnisse sind für diese Funktion ein grosser Vorteil.

Ausserdem:

  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig
  • Du kannst Prioritäten setzen und verlierst auch bei höherem Tempo nicht den Überblick
  • Du gehst professionell und diskret mit sensiblen Personaldaten um
  • Du findest dich schnell in unterschiedlichen Prozessen und Systemen zurecht
  • Du denkst mit, statt nur Aufgaben abzuarbeiten
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team und bist gleichzeitig in der , Themen eigenständig voranzubringen
  • Du bringst eine echte Macher\-Mentalität mit: pragmatisch, lösungsorientiert und unkompliziert
