Für unseren Kunden, ein international tätiges Unternehmen aus dem industriellen Umfeld, suchen wir eine engagierte und bodenständige HR\-Persönlichkeit, die Freude an der Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften hat. Dich erwartet eine vielseitige Funktion, in der du deine HR\-Erfahrung einbringen, Verantwortung übernehmen und dich fachlich wie persönlich weiterentwickeln kannst.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in den Bereichen Produktion und Supply Chain
  • Begleitung des gesamten Employee Lifecycles sowie Unterstützung bei der Rekrutierung von Fach\- und Führungskräften
  • Verantwortung für verschiedene HR\-administrative Prozesse, die Zeitwirtschaft mittels Abacus sowie die Stellvertretung in der Payroll\-Verarbeitung mit SAP
  • Koordination und Betreuung des Ausbildungswesens sowie der Praktikantinnen und Praktikanten in verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen
  • Organisation von Jubiläen, der Jubilarenreise, des Zukunftstags sowie weiterer interner Veranstaltungen und HR\-Aktivitäten
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei HR\-Projekten sowie der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse

Dein Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im HR sowie Erfahrung in der HR\-Administration oder bereits als HR Business Partner
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in einem industriellen und internationalen Unternehmensumfeld
  • Interesse und Motivation, dich langfristig in Richtung HR Business Partner weiterzuentwickeln
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse und versierter Umgang mit MS Office; SAP\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Bodenständige, zuverlässige und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit sicherem Auftreten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen souverän zu handeln
