Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung im HR mit, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und möchtest ein Team nicht nur führen, sondern gemeinsam weiterentwickeln?

Für unseren Kunden aus dem Gesundheitswesen suchen wir eine engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit für die HR Administration. In dieser vielseitigen Funktion führst du ein sechsköpfiges Team, stellst professionelle administrative HR\-Prozesse sicher und gestaltest deren Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung aktiv mit.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung des HR\-Administrationsteams mit sechs Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen und termingerechten Personaladministration vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für administrative HR\-Fragestellungen innerhalb der Organisation
  • Weiterentwicklung, Standardisierung und Digitalisierung bestehender HR\-Prozesse
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR Business Partnern, Payroll, IT sowie internen und externen Stellen
  • Erstellung von HR\-Reports und Auswertungen sowie Mitarbeit in HR\-Projekten und Change\-Initiativen

Dein Profil

  • Weiterbildung als HR\-Fachfrau oder HR\-Fachmann mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer HR\-Funktion, idealerweise in einem dynamischen und mehrsprachigen Umfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP\-Systemen und ausgeprägte digitale Affinität, SAP SuccessFactors von Vorteil
  • Fliessende Deutsch\- oder Französischkenntnisse mit sehr guten Kenntnissen der jeweils anderen Sprache
  • Selbstständige, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes vernetztes Denken
  • Kommunikationsstarke und dienstleistungsorientierte Führungspersönlichkeit mit Hands\-on\-Mentalität
