mit Arbeitsort in Zürich \- mit regelmässigen wöchentlichen Einsätzen vor Ort

VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN UND AUFGABEN

  • Vertrag und Gewinn\- und Verlustverantwortung (P\&L): Budget, Marge, Rechnungsstellung, Entscheidungen über den Leistungsumfang sowie Vertragsnachträge.
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für unseren Kunden: Leitung der monatlichen strategischen Sitzungen mit unserem Kunden und strategischen Partnern.
  • Steuerung der Umsetzung: Freigabe des Filialplans für jede einzelne Filiale, der Sprints 0 bis 6 sowie der Go\-live\-Entscheidung für jedes Umsetzungspaket.
  • Operative Steuerung: Wöchentliche operative Besprechungen auf Gebietsebene, tägliche Abstimmungen während der Umstellungswoche sowie Neuzuweisung von Ressourcen bei Bedarf.
  • Personalverantwortung: Rekrutierung und Einsatzplanung des dedizierten Teams für Sprint 0 sowie direkte Führung der sieben vorgesehenen Stellen.
  • Qualität und Compliance: Einhaltung der Fristen P1–P7, der Service\-Level\-Agreements (SLA) sowie der Kontrollen nach sieben und 30 Tagen (J\+7 / J\+30\). Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des Gesamtarbeitsvertrags (GAV), der Sicherheitsvorschriften und der Vorgaben für Subunternehmer.
  • Winterbereitschaft: Freigabe des Wintereinsatzplans einschliesslich Bereitschaftsdienst, Schneeräumung und Salzstreuung sowie Sicherstellung der Umstellung auf den Winterbetrieb per 1\. November 2027\.

ERFOLGSKRITERIEN

  • Kumulierte Anzahl übergebener Filialen pro Sprint: 17 · 77 · 130 · 170 · 230 · 243\.
  • Zeitplanung: Abweichung zwischen kalkulierten und tatsächlichen Arbeitszeiten von weniger als 10 % nach Abschluss des Pilotprojekts. Einhaltung der Fristen P1–P7 und der SLA, dokumentiert in ServiceChannel.
  • Wirtschaftlichkeit und Abrechnung: Einhaltung der budgetierten Marge und keine Abrechnungsstreitigkeiten. Übergabe des Zwölfmonatsberichts im 2028\.

GESUCHTES PROFIL

  • Mindestens zehn Jahre Berufserfahrung im Facility Management (FM) oder in der Gebäudereinigung mit Verantwortung für mehrere Standorte, davon mindestens fünf Jahre in der Leitung von Grosskunden im Einzelhandel oder von Filialnetzen.
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung eines Rollouts mit mehr als 100 Standorten, einschliesslich Personalübernahme und winterbezogenem Leistungsumfang.
  • Fliessende Deutsch\- und ösischkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit einem kundenseitigen CAFM\-/CMMS\-System zur Verwaltung und Steuerung von Instandhaltungs\- und Facility\-Management\-Prozessen (ServiceChannel oder gleichwertig).
  • Ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten vor Ort, Verhandlungsgeschick und Ruhe sowie Entscheidungsfähigkeit in kritischen Umstellungsphasen.
