Your future responsibilities:

  • Eigenständige Betreuung des Vertriebsgebiets Baden-Württemberg
  • Kundenbindung und Kundenpflege durch kompetente und sichere Beratung der bestehenden Kunden sowie NeukundenakquiseUmsatzsteigerung durch Beobachtung, Analyse und Einschätzung der Marktsituation und des Wettbewerbs
  • Produktpräsentation und Workshops in den Kliniken inklusive OP-Betreuung (Endoprothetik)
  • Kundenverhandlungen, Bewertung und Spezifizierung von Kundenanfragen inkl. Kalkulation/Preisgestaltung
  • Beteiligung an regionalen und überregionalen Fachkongressen und Tagungen

What you bring to the role:

  • Abgeschlossene technische, kaufmännische oder medizinische Ausbildung
  • Nachweisbare Vertriebserfahrung im Außendienst mit Medizinprodukten oder Berufserfahrung als OP-Pfleger bzw. OP-Schwester mehrjährig im Bereich Endoprothetik
  • Sicheres Auftreten und hohe Kundenorientierung
  • Verhandlungsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Flexibilität
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft und gültiger Führerschein Klasse B
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil - sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse zwingend erforderlich
