Für unser Planning Excellence Team in Hamburg suchen wir neue Kollegen (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung als Supply Chain Manager, Business Architect oder Solution Architect, die uns helfen, unsere Kunden fit für die Zukunft zu machen.

Der Inhalt Deiner Aufgaben variiert, umfasst jedoch im Wesentlichen Folgendes:

  • Ausbau unseres Know-hows und Aufbau von neuen Angeboten im Bereich Supply Chain Planning durch innovative Ansätze
  • Akquise von Projekten vor allem im deutschsprachigen Raum
  • Design und Konzeption von Planungsprozessen (Statistische Prognose, Demand & Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning) zur Lösung unternehmerischer Herausforderungen
  • Implementierung von Planungslösungen für die gesamte Supply Chain
  • Projektmanagement und Change Management in Prozess- und IT- Implementierungsprojekten
  • Aktive Unterstützung beim Ausbau unseres Teams in Deutschland

Unsere Projekte sind sehr breit gefächert und betreffen die komplette Wertschöpfungskette verschiedenster Industrien. Meist reichen sie von der Definition neuer Prozesse und Organisationen über die Etablierung eines Performance Management Systems hin zur hands-on Implementierung.

Wir sind auf der Suche nach Menschen, die

  • überzeugend und begeisternd auf allen Organisationsebenen kommunizieren können
  • nachgewiesen haben, erfolgreiche Veränderungsprojekte leiten zu können
  • über Erfahrung in der Akquise von Projekten verfügen und idealerweise ein breites Netzwerk besitzen
  • mit Leidenschaft an der Schnittstelle zwischen Planungsprozessen und state-of-the-art Softwarelösungen arbeiten und in einem der beiden Themengebiete tiefgreifende Expertise besitzen
  • einen relevanten Master-Abschluss besitzen
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung aus einer anderen Beratung mitbringen
  • ausgeprägtes technisches Know-how (statistisches Forecasting, Kapazitätsplanung, etc.) im Bereich Supply Chain Planning mitbringen
  • Teamplayer sind und einen ausgeprägten Unternehmergeist besitzen
  • mit Empathie und Freude die Entwicklung von Kollegen vorantreiben
  • über ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift verfügen
