Unsere Projekte sind breit gefächert und decken die komplette Wertschöpfungskette im Bereich Life-Sciences/Healthcare, Retail/FMCG, Industrials sowie im Service-Sektor ab.

Für unser Planning-Excellence-Team suchen wir einen erfahrenen Partner (m/w/d), der gemeinsam mit uns unsere Kunden fit für die Zukunft macht.

Was dich in Deiner Aufgabe unter anderem erwartet:

  • Du entwickelst zusammen mit dem Leadership-Team unsere Präsenz im Bereich Supply Chain Management
  • Du managst Teams aus Supply Chain Consultants, bringst innovative Themen z.B. mit Fokus auf Digitalisierung voran und unterstützt damit den Ausbau unserer Subject Matter Expertise
  • Du designst maßgeschneiderte service offerings in Supply Chain Management Fragen für unsere Kunden
  • Du treibst Business Development Aktivitäten voran und nutzt dafür dein breites SCM-Netzwerk, erschließt neue Marktpotentiale und bringst damit unser Angebot in den Fokus neuer Kunden, vor allem im DACH-Markt
  • Du leitest Vertriebsaktivitäten entlang des gesamten Sales-Zyklus, repräsentierst unser Angebotsportfolio und erstellst individuelle Proposals die unseren Kunden zeigen, wie wir unseren Kunden helfen
  • Du leitest große Kundenprojekte und nimmst damit eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Lösung strategischer Herausforderungen aus den Bereichen Supply Chain Transformation, Operational Excellence, Digital SCM und Sales & Operations Planning ein, z.B. bei der Entwicklung von Planungsprozessen oder eines Target Operating Model und kommunizierst dabei auf C-Level Ebene

Wir sind auf der Suche nach Menschen, die

  • einen abgeschlossenen Diplom-/Master-Abschluss haben, zum Beispiel in Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft und/oder Ingenieurswesen
  • Experten in Supply Chain Transformationen sind und ihr Wissen mit Leidenschaft in Lösungen für unsere Kunden übersetzen können
  • in ihrer mehrjährigen Beratungs-Erfahrung erfolgreich und nachhaltig komplexe Supply Chain Transformationsprojekte geleitet haben - für uns ist Softwarekenntnis ein Vorteil, aber keine Anforderung. Besonders von Interesse ist hierbei Erfahrung bei der Implementierung von SAP S/4HANA sowie SAP IBP. Weitere Anbieter, mit denen wir häufig Berührungspunkte haben sind Kinaxis, o9 und OMP. Auch hier wollen wir unser Angebotsportfolio weiter entwickeln.
  • sich durch hervorragende Analysefähigkeiten auszeichnen und hervorragende Prozess- und Projektmanager sind
  • für Business Development brennen und Marktpotentiale erkennen und nutzen
  • authentisch sind und es verstehen, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen aufzubauen und auf Augenhöhe respektvoll auf allen Hierarchieebenen zu kommunizieren
  • wahre People Leader sind und ein engagiertes, leidenschaftliches Team führen, coachen und weiterentwickeln
  • überzeugend und sicher auf Deutsch als auch Englisch kommunizieren können
