Die Implement Consulting Group wächst in Deutschland rasant. Ab Januar 2027 suchen wir talentierte Student:innen, um unsere Leadership & Change Practices zu verstärken.

Wir helfen Menschen und Organisationen, sich zu verändern. Um die bestmögliche Wirkung zu erreichen, kombinieren wir analytisches Denken und intuitives Verständnis. Wir verknüpfen die neuesten Theorien mit Sensibilität für Menschen und Organisationsdynamik. Nicht zuletzt beziehen wir aktiv die Leute mit ein, die in die Veränderung involviert sind – wir nennen das Collaborative Consulting. Seit 30 Jahren schaffen wir mit unserem Ansatz positive Veränderung.

Deine Arbeit wird höchst relevant sein. Deshalb musst du die Fähigkeit haben, Probleme systematisch zu erfassen, zu analysieren, Lösungen zu entwickeln, diese zu validieren und zu kommunizieren.

Wir suchen Teammitglieder, die …

  • sich in den finalen Zügen ihres Masterstudiums im Bereich Psychologie, Kulturwissenschaften, Management & Leadership, Betriebswirtschaft oder ähnlichem befinden und zu den Besten ihres Jahrgangs gehören.
  • ausgezeichnete Analyse-, Problemlösungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten besitzen
  • erste Berufserfahrung (z. B. durch Praktika) im Beratungsumfeld und/oder der Industrie mitbringen, vor allem im Bereich Leadership Coaching, Change-Management, Cultural und Behavioral Change, Learning und Agilität usw.
  • empathisches Gespür haben und mit Leidenschaft Kundenkontakte aufbauen und pflegen
  • die Fähigkeit haben, Menschen zu begeistern und auch in Stresssituationen Ruhe zu bewahren – und so nachhaltigen Mehrwert für unsere Kunden schaffen
  • fließend Deutsch und Englisch sprechen und schreiben
