Für unser LEAD-Team (Leadership – Energy – Assessment Development) in München, Hamburg oder Düsseldorf suchen wir motivierte, engagierte Kolleg:innen (m/w/d), die gerne in interdisziplinären Teams arbeiten und dazu beitragen, unsere nationalen und internationalen Kunden fit für die Zukunft zu machen.

Was dich in deiner Aufgabe unter anderem erwartet:

  • „Change with Impact“ – Projekt- und Kundenkontakt von Anfang an: Du arbeitest in dynamischen Teams mit Kolleg:innen und Kunden an Projekten in Deutschland und Europa.
  • „Co-Creation“: Du entwickelst und implementierst kundenspezifische Beratungsleistungen im Bereich Change Management, Leadership, Cultural und Behaviourial Change, Learning und Agilität zusammen mit unseren Kunden.
  • Du konzipierst und leitest interaktive Workshops, um gemeinsam mit den Kunden Ideen und Lösungen zu entwickeln.
  • Du begleitest Organisationen bei der Entwicklung von Change-Strategien und der Implementierung von Change-Tools.
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von individuellen Entwicklungswegen für Führungskräfte.
  • Je nach Einstiegs-Level übernimmst du die (Teil-)Projektleitung.

Wir suchen Menschen, die:

  • ihr Master- oder Diplom-Studium mit hervorragenden Noten abgeschlossen haben.
  • mehrere Jahre relevante Beratungserfahrung in den Bereichen Change, Agilität, Leadership Training oder Organisationsentwicklung mitbringen.
  • sowohl strategisch als auch operativ denken und handeln.
  • sich gerne in neue Themenbereiche einarbeiten, relevante Trends verfolgen und sich zu echten Experten ihres Gebiets entwickeln wollen.
  • Teamplayer sind, gemeinsam etwas bewirken wollen und Lust haben, in internationalen, interdisziplinären Teams zu arbeiten.
  • durch Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Can-do-Einstellung und Energie zu höchster Kundenzufriedenheit beitragen.
  • neugierig auf unsere skandinavische Unternehmenskultur mit flachen Hierarchien und viel Autonomie sind.
  • über ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift verfügen.
