Opis poslova:

Obavlja poslove na održavanju strojeva i uređaja u pripadajućim postrojenjima.

Brine se da svoj posao radi u skladu sa Zakonom o radu, Zakonom o očuvanju okoliša i zahtjevima sustava ISO o kvaliteti proizvoda.

Popravlja hitne i nepredviđene kvarove, vrši zamjenu ili popravak oštećenih dijelova stroja ili opreme.

Obavlja preventivne poslove u pogonu prema listi preventivnih zahvata (dnevni, tjedni, mjesečni) za svaki stroj.

Prati i evidentira potrošnju rezervnih dijelova i o tome informira svog nadređenog.

Evidentira događaje (zastoje i kvarove na strojevima) i upisuje u knjigu izvješća obavljene aktivnosti.

Radi u smjenama u okvirima potreba i organizacije službe Održavanja.

Priprema rezervne dijelove za slijedeće preventivne preglede prema dokumentaciji preventive.

Sudjeluje u montaži novih sklopova i pripadajuće opreme.

Vodi brigu o čišćenju, skladištenju, konzerviranju rezervnih dijelova.

Proučava nacrte i dokumentaciju.

Angažira se u hitnim intervencijama (dežurstvo kući).

Održava red i čistoću radnog mjesta i pripadajuće radionice.

Nadzire ispravnost stroja iz djelokruga svoje stručne spreme.

Obrazuje se i osposobljava u skladu s priznatim planom i zahtjevima službe Održavanja.

Brine se o radnoj dokumentaciji (nacrti, upute i slično).

Izvodi sve održavalačke poslove uzimajući u obzir održavalačka znanja i postupke, te izvodi druge naloge iz djelokruga održavanja dobivene od nadređenog voditelja.
