Opis poslova:

Potrebno ispunjenje uvjeta iz važećeg Zakona o vatrogastvu, članak 51., stavci 1., 12. i 16.

U slučaju odsutnosti zapovjednika i zajedno sa zapovjednikom vatrogasne postrojbe rukovodi vatrogasnom postrojbom; i u tom smislu organizira, usklađuje i vrši kontrolu cjelokupnog poslovanja. Koordinator je rada u službi zaštite od požara, te poučava i instruira radnike prilikom povjeravanja ili izvršenja određenih zadataka. Odgovoran je za provođenje važećih propisa i normi iz područja zaštite od požara te u sklopu toga surađuje s nadležnom institucijom zaštite od požara i to za zadužene objekte. Poduzima preventivne mjere za otklanjanje određenih nedostataka koji bi mogli izazvati požar ili otežati njegovo gašenje. Kontrolira primjenu propisa iz područja zaštite od požara na projektu za izgradnju novih i rekonstrukciju postojećih građevina i procesa. Kontrola novoizgrađenih ili izvršenih rekonstrukcija ili adaptacija na pognu i građevinama glede provođenja mjera zaštite od požara. Daje pristanak za vrstu opreme i sredstava za dojavu i gašenje požara koje nabavlja Služba nabave. Vrši kontrolu prisutnosti i discipline dežurnog vatrogasca u objektima i pravilnog odnosa prema poslovima zaštite od požara. Daje potrebne uzbune radi uvida u spremnost pri rukovanju sa protupožarnim sredstvima i brzinu intervencije vatrogasne postrojbe. Prati popise iz protupožarne zaštite i zalaže se za stručno usavršavanje vatrogasaca. Uz suradnju sa ovlaštenim ustanovama i pravnim osobama, te voditeljima pogona, tehnolozima te ostalim stručnim djelatnicima poduzeća sudjeluje pri izradi Procjene ugroženosti od požara, Plana zaštite od požara, Općeg akta te uputa za rad na siguran način (zaštite od požara) projekata, uputa i drugi akata iz područja zaštite o požara. Sudjeluje pri izradi programa osposobljavanja i obuke djelatnika profesionalnih i dobrovoljnih vatrogasaca za rukovanje opremom i sredstvima za gašenje požara, organizira i izvodi osposobljavanje i obuku u suradnji sa djelatnicima vatrogasne postrojbe te o tome vodi evidenciju. Vodi brigu o ispravnosti i servisiranju vatrogasnih aparata u propisanim rokovima o čemu vodi evidenciju. Vodi brigu o ispravnosti i periodičnom ispitivanju instalacija za dojavu i gašenje požara te sustava za detekciju zapaljivih plinova i para utvrđenih Zakonom o čemu vodi evidenciju. Prisustvuje prilikom periodičnog ispitivanja ispravnog funkcioniranja sustava za dojavu i gašenje požara te detekciju zapaljivih plinova i para i potpisuje izvješće o ispitivanju istih zajedno sa predstavnikom pogona u kome se navedene instalacije nalaze. Prati primjenu provođenja mjera zaštite od požara na radnim mjestima prilikom obavljanja svakog posla te druge kontrole iz područja zaštite od požara a koje ovise o specifičnosti tehnologije obavljanja djelatnosti poduzeća, te sudjeluje u izradi novih i predlaganju postojećih. Kontrola kretanja, zadržavanja i rada pojedinaca i vanjskih izvođača radova, te izdavanja potrebnih dozvola za kretanje i rad sa otvorenim plamenom u ugroženim prostorima od požara i eksplozije. Kontrola osposobljenosti i uvježbanosti djelatnika u rukovanju opremom i sredstvima za gašenje požara. Osposobljen je član vatrogasne postrojbe te u slučajevima predviđenim Planom zaštite od požara sudjeluje u vatrogasnoj intervenciji. Odgovoran je za rad, red i disciplinu podređenom mu osoblja. Obavlja i druge poslove po nalogu neposrednog voditelja.
